At Atlanta Luxury Bags, we want you to shop with confidence. The following return and refund guidelines apply to all purchases made on or after December 9, 2025, until otherwise updated on this page.
Holiday Return Window
For all eligible purchases made on or after December 9, 2025, returns may be initiated any time up to January 6, 2026.
Requests submitted after January 6 are not eligible.
To request a return, email returns@atlantaluxurybags.com by January 6.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Method
All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To ensure fairness and transparency, all returned items must meet the following requirements:
Condition Requirements

Our Atlanta Luxury Bags tag must remain attached — removal of the tag makes the item ineligible.

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sold, with no signs of wear, use, or alteration.

All original extras must be included, such as the dust bag, box, lock/key, straps, authenticity materials, and any accessories.

If any required accessory is missing or the item shows new wear, damage, or odor, the return will be denied.
TL;DR:
We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, worn, carried, tested out, or altered in any way. The item must come back exactly as it was sold.

How to Initiate a Return

We will review eligibility and provide return instructions.

Ship the item back following the provided guidelines.

Customer pays for return shipping and any optional insurance.

Atlanta Luxury Bags is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Previously Owned Items
Because we sell previously owned luxury items:

Minor wear shown in product photos is not considered misrepresentation, even if not fully described in text.

If you believe your item is inauthentic or was significantly misrepresented, notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we will review promptly.
