Upon delivery, please allow us up to 4 business days to fully review, authenticate, and initiate your payment.

Once your item(s) have completed processing you will receive an email with your payment details.

For in-person appointments please allow us up to 48 hours to fully review, authenticate, and initiate your payment.

Sellers attest that all items being sold to Atlanta Luxury Bags are authentic.

If any item is found to be not authentic, Atlanta Luxury Bags will return the item to the seller upon payment of an authentication fee of $75 or $200 for any Hermes item.

Please note, this fee is applied as it covers shipping costs to and from our location, as well as the services rendered while the item was at our location. Your item will be returned after the fee has been paid. As soon as your item ships, you will be notified via email with tracking information.

Inauthentic items will be disposed of within 14 days of nonpayment.

We inspect each item and if any notable flaws exist outside of what the seller has listed, your quote may be subject to changes. Please be sure to provide detailed pictures and accurate written descriptions when submitting a quote.

We only accept designers that are included in list of accepted designers. If your item falls is designers we accept, but we did not provide you with a quote, it could be due to one or more of the reasons below:

• Your item may not be a category that we accept, such as clothing or shoes. 

• Factors such as excessive wear or damage, age, style and aesthetic.

• We are well stocked in items similar to yours at the moment. You can try to submit another quote again in a couple months.

• Your item appears to be altered.

• Your quote for the same item is still active in your account. Once your quote expires after 30 days, you may resubmit for a new quote request.

Although walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend making an appointment to ensure that you receive the level of service you deserve.

On average, each item takes approximately 24-48 hours to and authenticate.

Our goal is to give you the most accurate and competitive offer during your appointment.

Online quotes will remain valid in your Atlanta Luxury Bags account for fourteen (14) days to either accept or reject.

In-Person quotes will remain valid in your Atlanta Luxury Bags account for three (3) days to either accept or reject.

If your quote has expired, you will need to resubmit your quote.

We request that you do not submit the same item more than one time in a 30 day period.
