Returns

Every bag comes with a 5 day return policy. To return a bag, you must contact us by email, the bag must be unused, and all original tags must be on the bag and untampered with.

To make a return, you must contact us first by email at sales@atlantaluxurybags.com within 5 days of delivery, explaining your reason for the return.  Once the email is received, we will contact you to confirm approval of the return.

All returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee.
