Return Policy (as of 8/9/2023)

Refund policy

Atlanta Luxury Bags accepts returns as long as items comply with our return policy, are in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have all tags attached. All international sales are final and returns are not accepted. We can only honor returns through the following return process:

Online Return Policy

Starting May 15, 2022, all orders placed online are covered by the online return policy (In-store and Outlet sales see below).

To make a return, you must contact us first by email at info@atlantaluxurybags.com within 5 days of delivery, explaining your reason for the return.  Once the email is received, we will contact you to confirm approval of the return.

All returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee if shipped or 3% processing fee if the bags haven't shipped.

Orders using Shop Pay

Return orders using Shop Pay (financing option) are subject to an additional 7% restocking fee due to non-refundable charges by Shop Pay.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Atlanta Luxury Bags recommends shipping the return item with insurance. Atlanta Luxury Bags is not responsible for lost return packages or delays.

Once we receive your bag, our team will analyze the bag to make sure it is unused with all tags attached. In the case that we find the product has been used or the tags have been removed, you will be required to pay for shipping back to your address. If we find that it is unused and the tags have not been tampered with, we will send you an email confirming the refund. 

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of our analysis and review of the returned merchandise. 

If bags are damaged, Atlanta Luxury Bags has the right to devalue or refuse the return and refund.

Previously Owned

Please also be aware that all of the items listed with us are previously owned. Unless described as 'brand new', items may not be pristine and majority have been carried. Please review photos carefully with zoom prior to purchasing. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written out in the description, this is not considered misrepresented. 

All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found inauthentic or not as described, we will accept returns for special cases. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic or is not as described, please email us immediately at sales@atlantaluxurybags.com so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly. We must be alerted of any issues within 3 days of the tracking indicating delivery.

Online Outlet Item Sales  

All Online Outlet items are Final Sale.  Refunds and return policy do not apply to Outlet items.

In-store Return Policy

All in-store sales are Final Sale. Bags purchased in-store are not covered by the online return policy. In our store there is ample time to shop and inspect our products in-person to ensure your satisfaction.
