Pristine

Item is in New condition (see below for more information on this condition) and include one or more of the following: the original box, case, attached retailer tags.

Spectacular

No visible signs of wear.

 Excellent

Item is clean and contains very little wear. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are stated in the listing and images.

Very Good

Item shows some wear and signs of previous use, but still has a lot of life in it. Slightly worn corners, creases in leather, and tarnished hardware may be visible. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are stated in the listing and images.

Good

Item does show moderate signs of prior use. Surface scratches, slight darkening in handles, and other indications of wear may be visible. Such signs of wear or imperfections will be noted in the listing and images.

Fair

Item will have noticeable signs of wear such as well scuffed edges or significant scratches. Please read the condition notes in the listing and inspect photos before purchasing. Fair condition items often present our customers with the greatest opportunity to save significantly on authentic luxury bags.

All products require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

Shipping

United States

All Domestic U.S. Orders (lower 48) enjoy complimentary insured shipments. Products are typically delivered within 3-5 business days

International

Customers are responsible for paying a flat rate $100 shipping cost. Products typically arrive within 10-20 days.

Returns

Every bag comes with a 5 day return policy. To return a bag, you must contact us by email, the bag must be unused, and all original tags must be on the bag and untampered with. Refunds are only given in the form of store credit.

To make a return, you must contact us first by email at sales@atlantaluxurybags.com within 5 days of delivery, explaining your reason for the return.  Once the email is received, we will contact you to confirm approval of the return.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Items that are less than $500 will be subject to a $25 restocking fee

Items that are less than $5,000 or will be subject to a $50 restocking fee.

Items that are $5000 or greater will be subject to a $100 restocking fee.

OR

Orders that are canceled before shipment have a 3% restocking fee

Package Reshipping: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or any other reason not attributed to Atlanta Luxury Bags' error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Reshipping Costs: To have your package reshipped to the correct address or as otherwise required, you will be responsible for covering the shipping and insurance cost. We will provide you with a quote for the reshipping charges, and your order will be reshipped upon payment confirmation.
